Need a doctor who prescribes suboxone in Indiana - i am on medicaid.
I looked him up and I was going to call him but I had a friend tell me some things about him and read a few things stated that he is mean to his patients and he would start screaming at them.. Plus you would be waiting in his office for hours before being seen... Is any of that true?? I need to find a doctor bad but I don't want a doctor that will treat me like s***...
Tophy did u try dr. masimore in franklin? and Yes alot of Drs. also require other counsling for subs period. its just part of the suboxone program to make sure its successful.
Most Medicaid programs have requirements for those that take Suboxone. In order for Medicaid to pay for it, you have to participate in other parts of the program as well.
Mommy that cares**** ty I will call in the morning idk where brownsburg is tho. I will Google. Thanks again
Hello I'm so sorry for your struggle. I'm going to one in brownsburg and I'm having to pay monthly but my scripts are free so it's ok. Balances out. He gives you two strips per day for two weeks then you return to pick up hand written script. He is great actually and helps me a lot. Your have to attend some kind of substance abuse counseling once a month but that's all. I have been there for over a year now never had any issues. They do take insurance just at the time I went they wasn't taking mine. They can only take so many on hip so I never tried to since just pay my monthly fee of 200. It's worth it. Think about what we did to get out narcotics or what drug you were on. It's cheaper long run anyways plus no more of the sick withdrawal etc. Dr Momudu is him. It's really easy. Hope this can help.
Finally got in to the raj clinic, she sends me home with 16 (2mg) pills. Basically 8 pills and its suppose to last me 2 weeks. Wtf kinda s*** is that? I'm irate, I wasted my time. Not to mention I do iop 3x a week. Well she said to continue that and wants me to do therapy at her office 2x a week. Bulls***!
dr. masimore in frankilin in. i went to him in dec of last year and he took my medwise. I missed my 2 wk apt and they wouldnt see me again. but he seems to be a good dr. it was a long wait and he talks alot.
Does anyone know of a doctor in Marion or Johnson County who accepts H.I.P. 2.0 through M.H.S. that writs suboxone? Other than Dr.Deal or Dr. Simon Fung. Dr.Deal is terrible and don't waste your time. Dr. Fung great caring doctor. So I would recommend him Dr.Fung and they both accept HIP MHS. Please help my sobriety is on the line I really need your help!
Im having the same problem. NOBODY will take MDwise because Drs have a hard time getting paid from MdWise!! Its ridiculous!
Yea, but I used to go to Dr. Deals office and I saw the other Suboxone Dr. And the rules there a crazy! Plus Dr. Deals other Dr kowingsmark has a lot of bad things about him and his practice habits in his background. His license has been revoked in one state and his license here in Indiana are already on prob., so be weary.
Does anyone know of any suboxones doctors. That are accepting mdwise insurance?? I'm having no luck at all finding a doctor.. Please I really need help
When he gets home will u post those drs? I heard dr klim takes it. Try him...
Last time I called dr deal accepts anthem insurance.. I have a few dr. Wrote down that takes anthem hip insurance but my hubby has it in the car and he ain't home yet... I'm looking for a doctor also that accepts Mdwise hip plus insurance does anybody know of any doctors???
Kristy I have been trying since April. Its not easy. I have a list of drs and notes I call at least 5 drs a day. I also have 3 kids and do counseling 3 nights a week. From 5-8. If I don't get in somewhere asap. I will be discharged. I have been trying so hard to not take other drugs but these drs make it really hard to get in.
I have called over 26 drs. I'm thinking about starting to call Ohio drs.
I got appt DEC. 7 for Raj's clinic. I'm also on a waiting list thru Avon urgent care its 8-12wks
I can imagine all the people wanting help but can't afford it. I have been tring for a month to find a Dr.that takes anthem. I used my hole ssi check paid 700 for a suboxone Dr last month and now I just can't afford it. I'm having horrible withdrawls from the suboxone. I have 2 small children I refuse to use dope. I just got my kids back. Please if anyone knows of any doctors in Indianapolis or surrounding counties who take anthem I'm in despert need of help. I tried Dr raj he wouldn't help me.
Dr raj didn't help me either. I new not to lie to this Dr. Because everyone warned me. He asked me have I had any other prescriptions filled and I said no just suboxone last month. I honest to god forgot that I had went to an immediate care center and got antibiotics and cough medicine. It was an honest mistake I work full time I have 2 small children not to mention I was in an accident where I went without oxogen and was on life support for 2 weeks since the axident I have memory loss if Dr raj would of stayed in the room I could of explained not to mention he sent someone else in to tell me he wouldn't accept me because I lied to him. I was so upset it threw me into an asthma attack because I was in desperate need of help and I honestly forgot about getting antibotics. Dr raj was the only Dr in Indianapolis that took anthem blue cross blue shield insurance. If anyone knows of any other doctors please let me no. I'm so upset with myself that i forgot about taking antibotics I honestly forgot. I can imagine all the people who want help and want to stay off drugs but there's not any help for people who doesn't have money. I used my hole 700 ssi check to pay a suboxone Dr last month and now I'm having horrible withdrawals from the suboxone.
It breaks my heart to see these posts cause I've been there before and know how terrible it is. I finally have a decent job that I have insurance through, so I can go to a good doctor. I absolutely love my doctor but hes not taking medicaid or hip right now. I haven't been on here in a while but if you haven't tried Avon urgent care then please do. Do not give up hope. I know the days are so hard when you're not sure where the next pill or strip is coming from, but it will get better. I've lost great jobs because I was too sick to go in. I've basically been homeless cause pills came before bills. I'm still dealing with consequences from my mess ups but I'm in a 100% better place then just a year ago. I'm praying for everyone battling this monster. I will post any doctors that I find out about too. Good luck!!
When I called mdwise they told me I couldn't switch my insurance from mdwise to anthem and I only had my insurance for 2 months now.. They said I have to wait until my year is up to change..
