Thank you Mommyof3! Im good now! I was never into the heavy drugs like H. Just had a pill problem. To stop the pill problem i thought to get into the Buetamorphine program. Had i known that this was the worse then any pill hangover that it was more like wothdrawl from H i would have never joined. I feel more like an addict then i did before except it's legal. Its crazy. You have Drs that Want you on it for lifeor ones who will wean you. My dr. Who got arrested might not have chrvked my bblood pressure but he was one who wanted you off the medz. Dea should think of that stuff and about the patients. I had 7 left from my script that they took when it happened. Not cool at all. They left people suffering. Now none take ins. Except a very few and Irs expensive as all get out for the drs and the medicine. Nuts but ty mommaof3

Mommy of 3.. I'm a mommy of 5.. I was on suboxone in the past n did well for 6 years.. The DEA busted and arrested him and though I should of been off them by then i was cut cold turkey ..Since I hv lost my kids (Im fighting hard for now) I got on opioids and had open-heart surgery in dec of 2015 from opioid usage.. Ive been out of the hospital for about 6 weeks and im on Fentanyl.. This is bs.. I need a suboxone program to get my life together for me n my kids.. I have Anthem HIP but I can't find anyone who takes it or anyone with a wait list under 6 weeks.. I'm in Bloomington Indiana but will do what it takes.. PLEASE.. I need HELP!!!

Amanda, please give me info. I am currently in an iop program and am looking for Dr for follow up care that will accept medicaid as I have a disability hearing the end of June and no current income. Thank you

I agree! I went at one in Indy was refused meds! Told me go to meetings! Don't anyone waste their time!

Kellys I go to J.R. also. Did you say that the Dr. said that people (the patients) weren't paying their bills? I just wondered because I've paid in full everytime but I've wondered if they took partial payments or if they refused to give the medicine if the person didn't all or pay all. Just wondering.

So, medicaid anthem hip will pay for your doctor's visit and your meds? So cover everything? I need to know I'm planning on going this Friday! I'm sick and tired of my disease running my life! If they do cover everything that would take a lot of stress of me! I'm going through an awful family ordeal at this time! I need a good sub doc asap! Thanks

i am in desperate need of a dr who accepts hip i was going to a dr krug in fishers he just stopped answering his phone and disappeared. was anyone else going to him who might know something about what happened to him

Bam yes it will pay for both visit and mess but the problem is finding a Dr that takes the insurance for visits. They are only allowed to have so many sub/hip patients. Like 100 I believe. Alot have waiting list.

Thinking about getting off the H, and getting on Suboxone. I have HIP. I can afford the office visits, but will my HIP cover the cost of the medicaiton? Don't think I can afford both. This all depends on me finding a doc of course.

Yes it does cover the Suboxone fully I have had it covered 23 months now. I pay 8 co pay sometimes other it's free. Just need prior authorization done so will be covered.

N Yes it will cover your mess at the pharmacy. I think journey road is still taking patients. It's 300 up front then 175 a month. I'm so happy that I finally starting going. I don't have to worry about going to jail or if I'll be able to get out of bed that day if I can't find any pain pills. It's really helped me so far and I plan on sticking to the plan and weaning down and off the s***.

What area are you looking to go to? My son sees Dr Britt in Louisville ky. He's fantastic. $225 a month. And he has HIP also. It covers his meds with no copay. Dr Britt' s office gets a prior authorization and it's good for 6 months so you don't have to get one every month and wait
