I may not have a straight answer to your question but from what I could gather, Buprenorphine.com, a non-profit division of the U.S. National Institutes of health, states that Suboxone has a half-life of 24-60 hours. This denotes that the drug has the potential to control opioid cravings over that time span.

Half-life here means that, say, 30 hours after ingesting Suboxone, half of the active amount will be gone. This doesn't mean that 30 hours later, though, the other half will be gone. At that point half of the remainder will be gone, then another half after the same time interval, and so on, until the drug is eliminated from the body. If you know the dosage you had, we can do the math to estimate how long it could've remained in your system for.
