Suboxone 8mg/2mg And Roxicodone 30's (Page 18)

I am currently taking Roxicodone 30's each day. I have suboxone 8mg/2mg to help get off of these. I know the suboxones are the best pill made to help with the withdrawals but I'm wondering if for the firsrt 3 to 5 days when I'm having trouble sleeping and feeling clammy, if i should take like half of a Roxicodone 30 (which i have done in the past), as it helps me to sleep and takes away the clammy feeling? Any other suggestions that you may have? Thanks to anyone answering this for me.

Just take the subs. If you can get a sub doc, it can make life so much better when you have a pill problem rather than h. I'm 7 months clean on subs and so happy. I didn't know life could be so good. No more highs and lows with scoring and running dry. No more obsession with the process. Good luck with your situation.

I was put on suboxone this morning its now about 1 o'clock in the afternoon and am in full withdrawals. I had to go take another opiate. Why didn't it work for me?

Heck no, flush the blues! Get off sub's as soon as you can, they are worse than blues.

Critical important not to mix suboxone with any opiates. You need to be in full withdrawal from opiates before starting Suboxone. If you've done this and are on Suboxone only the consume an opiate it will almost certainly put you into immediate acute withdrawal. Trust me, I've done it twice before when I didn't know better and I thought I was going to die. Definitely consult your physician or case manager before anything of that nature. Again I can't emphasize enough how important not to mix the two and the timeline when it does happen. I'm sure you can find more online information on the subject

Does subs give anybody shortness of breath or is it because I took 15 mg of Roxy earlier and a sub 6 yes later ....please some one let me no what's this feeling

I have been exactly where you are multiple times except on some occasions higher dosage of Roxy. I can tell you this with certainty. DO NO MIX SUBOXONE WITH ANY OPIATES. YOU WILL REGRET IT. You must be in full withdrawal and once the Suboxone is in your system don't add opiates. It will put you into advanced acute withdrawal far worse than withdrawal otherwise. If possible I would suggest professional guidance if you can visit a Dr. If not just don't mix them. I did it and paid a sevier price and if you read the instructions you will find this to be the direction for Suboxone or Subutex as well.

Cold turkey off of 120 mg of done can kill you and you would be in w/d for weeks if not months. . your full of it.

Try less. Normally my headache is from taking to much boxin or going to long after my last dose. Constipation normal for opiates. But I do a boxin then I take one at night. No problems really anymore. Been cutting back to half in morning and half at night then just half at night. All in time man

Hi. Today would be my first day off percocet. I haven't gone to the doctor to get help, but do have a suboxone film to help with the withdrawal process. I'm really scared that I will not be able to go to work. What should i do?

I took a 2mg Suboxone strip at 9 am today and am hurting badly due to a hand injury. Would it be a waste if I took a 30 mg Roxicodone now?

Started Codeine for legit pain, 10 years later I became addicted to Oxycontin 120mg a day for the last 2 years. Didn't realise how old this post was. Hopefully your still clean and are still willing to help an Aussie out of this mess. Taking Suboxone was my first time reaching out for help, other than an excellent person named Ryan Donnelly.

I'm tired of misinformation. You can take other opiates with subs if you choose. Suboxone contains naloxone which keeps you from administering the subs intravenously. If you take subs orally the naloxone does nothing because it has a very low oral bioavailability. If you were to try and administer the suboxone intravenously the naloxone would kick in and make the opiate in the sub not work. That's it. I have and taken oxy with subs and other people I know have with no problem. Now u may not like it mixed or the sub may overpower the oxy or other opiate. I have heard this misinformation from many including doctors but a few Google searches will tell you otherwise.

I just have a question this guy gave me a small white round pill that has a m on one side and I can't make out what it says on the other he said it's a 2 MG. he owed me some money he is a friend but he told me it was suboxone and I've done suboxone 8mg and the pill was a big white round pill. Can anyone confirm it for me thanks

im telling you and everybody who needs help with a alturnitive to opiate pain meds is kratum look it up. i did not believe it at first eather but it works. the reason people dnt want to try it cuz you have to make addjustimates on amount till you find the rite num.its cheep n leagle its worth the try.

If you decide to take the roxicodone take your SUBOXONE first!! SUBOXONE has naloxone in it which is the drug that pushes all the opiates out of your system. If you were to take the pain meds first then your SUBOXONE you would send yourself straight into withdrawal. When I had my daughter by C-section I was on 16mg of buprenorophine. They would give me my dose of the bupe first before any kind of IV or oral pain meds because the opposite would have sent me straight to withdrawal. And you do still feel the pain meds on top of the subs, just be careful and talk to your PCP.

Good message Taylor pass on recovery and hope the suboxone has got me off pain meds and it has a ceiling so can't abuse and unlike methadone it has naloxone to keep from mixing other opioid s with it it's not perfect but can be the best of the evils
