Stopped Taking Vyvanse…when Will I Get My Natural Energy Levels Back? (Top voted first)

I have been taking Vyvanse consistently for around 2 years. I finally decided I want to go off of it. For the past week, I have not been taking it and I feel overall better (less anxiety), BUT my levels of fatigue are crazy. I have been getting 8 hours of sleep overnight but I constantly feel tired all the time. When will I get my energy levels back? A week? A month? A year? If anyone has been through this please let me hear your experience.

If you stopped taking it abruptly, rather than tapering off, then this is normal and is basically a rebound effect. It usually takes about a month to wear off, if it doesn't, then you should consult your doctor.

I suggest 5 HTP in GNC. It is a precursor serotonin. It will help your body start building what it need naturally to get "proper sleep". You may be sleeping for 8 hours but no guarantee you are getting your full cycles of REM sleep.
