Stool Softner, Imprint S44,, Color Brownish-red,beveled Edges

hese pills were found loose in a drawyer. It is possible that someone in the family injested 2 of them in error. I would just like to know what they are for sure. Previosly there were Ibuprofen tabs in this drawer however I have ruled these pills out as Ibuprofen

These aren't listed in our U.S. prescription drug databases, which makes me suspect that they are something available over the counter.

If that is the case, it may be hard to track down exactly what they are, because those products aren't required to list their imprints with the FDA.

Does anyone recognize this tablet and marking?
