Stiff Neck And Bad Headache Above Right Eye (Top voted first)
Updated52 year old male. Never diagnosed with Covid. For a week I've been extremely fatigued in the morning accompanied with terrible pain, stiffness, and the worst headache pain I've ever had above my right eye. Extremely fatigued until the pain lessens. Happens twice at about 2 am and 10 am, lasts about an hour then slowly the pain is gone. But these actions repeated the following day at 3pm and 6pm. Fine now on the third day. Any ideas? Sound familiar?

What you are describing sounds very much like a cluster headache. I would certainly go in for a check-up.
"Cluster headaches, which occur in cyclical patterns or cluster periods, are one of the most painful types of headache. A cluster headache commonly awakens you in the middle of the night with intense pain in or around one eye on one side of your head.
Bouts of frequent attacks, known as cluster periods, can last from weeks to months, usually followed by remission periods when the headaches stop. During remission, no headaches occur for months and sometimes even years.
Common signs and symptoms during a headache include:
- Excruciating pain that is generally situated in, behind or around one eye, but may radiate to other areas of your face, head and neck
- One-sided pain
- Restlessness
- Excessive tearing
- Redness of your eye on the affected side
- Stuffy or runny nose on the affected side
- Forehead or facial sweating on the affected side
- Pale skin (pallor) or flushing on your face
- Swelling around your eye on the affected side
- Drooping eyelid on the affected side"

Yeah I agree with Roy if it’s not a cluster headache it’s a regular old tension headache, definitely go talk to a doctor, but in the meantime I have found that lying down with a heating pad on my neck helps, the medication I take is a combo muscle relaxer/acetaminophen/caffiene (40 or 50 mg I think) there’s also a version with aspirin instead of the acetaminophen.
So maybe try the heating pad on your neck with some Tylenol or aspirin and a cup of tea? But definitely call the doctor because there are things they can do so you don’t have to suffer like this daily.
