Stanlip 145 & Nicovas 500mg

my triglyceride Level is 485, LDL 42 and HDL 29, suggest me a suitable table, is it ok if I take stanlip 145 and Nicovas 500 MG with some multi vitamin tablets. pl suggest me are there any side effects. I have gall bladder stones measuring 1.1CM and multiple calculi, stones in kidney. will these medicines have any side effects pl suggest me
