Are you referring to potassium warnings?

Some blood pressure medications, such as the Amlodipine in this, can cause your body to keep more potassium than usual, but you do need some and can't entirely stop ingesting it.

You should double check with your doctor, because if it is a concern with this medication, they can do blood tests to check your potassium level.
