Stalopam Lite

i am taking stalopam lite tablet,from last 45 days.
Now i stopped taking it,and not sleeping for whole night.
Please tell me why ths happening.i am a 24 years deperission
patient.

Stalopam Lite is listed as containing Escitalopram and Cloazepam, so it's used to treat depression and anxiety.

And yes, it you were taking it for awhile and suddenly stopped, without tapering the medication, then it is normal to experience rebound and withdrawal effects, such as insomnia.

I am 27 year old female and i have been taking anti depressant from 9 years, it started when i went in depression during 12th Standard Exam doctor gradually reduced my medicine and currently i am taking Stalopam Lite once in day, i feel that i am well now and dont need anti depressant, i got married 6 months back and i have also heard that Anti depressant are harmful for child during pregnancy. could you please suggest how i can quit the medicine.
