Stabilisation Time For Metolar Xr 50

was using Lisoril-10 & Amlodipine 5 mg. when I was in abroad, after returning to India my doctor shifted metolar xr-50 in place of them, as non-availabity of the same here. Hence, i would like to know the stabilisation
time for metolar xr-50.

the bp was quite under control when using Lisoril-10 &Amlodipine 5mg in abroad. When the same was changed to metolar xr-50. it went up higher than high.hence wants to know the stabilisatime for the bp
