Plz join to some meditation classes or gym. Plz keep ur self active so u can easily stop.. but night time u take sleeping tablet nd sleep for few days BEC when u leave this sp tablet u may not get sleep so

I am taking 36 spasmo proxyvon pills everyday but I want to leave this s***. Is there any alternative solution available that will be helpful for me to get off of it? I will appreciate any help.

My friends, it's better if u visit a good doctor for suggestions and guidance. I too use to take s.p., but now I'm fine without it. A doc will help u make it easy to quit s.p.

I want to come out from under my spasmo proxyvon addiction. I have been taking it for the past 8 years. I get a fever and heavy body pain when I do not have spasmo proxyvon... I want a proper treatment protocol that's available in Chennai.

QUIT SPASMO RIGHT NOW... Take a melatonin 3mg just before dinner ,preferably 8.30 pm, eat as much as you can. Straight go to bed. Don't sit in front of TV or computer. Turn off your phone. Sleep. Keep this schedule for a week. Reduce the doze to alternate days for another week. For better result put a red bed lamp. ONLY IF YOU ARE NOT DIABETIC

Bro every thing is possible if u feel guilty i can do , initially u should take 3 cap in morning and 3 cap bed time for one week after u need 2 in morning and 2 bed time, or if u cant this pls go to nsa mukti kendr

Yes ma'am he will be more confident and happier than before. But that happens after 3 months of quitting, but this and other problems takes time including libido problems where wife's support is crucial as that gives the man confidence and patience to wait for the problems to get over completely and not take drugs coz married men start taking drugs again just coz they are not the same as before in bed and other things. His body and mind was used to living with drugs so the first month is the most crucial but take one day at a time. Don't work during this period otherwise 100% you'll be back on drugs. Going to a rehabilitation centre is the best trust me coz there your mind will be occupied and have many people like him to give company and only one drug addict can understand the other addict. Only first few days will be really bad coz you are away from your comfort zone -a disease. But he will be super charged with confidence. But don't judge yourself and just keep going. Life will be full of love and fun. He will be a completely different person whom you'll definitely admire. At home he can get bored and will play with negative thoughts which will 100% lead to drugs again. That's why centre is safe.

Or you can go out of town if you want to try this. Every now and then use intercourse and romance to pass time or anything what he likes but be careful it's your responsibility to give him confidence and show that you are happy and it doesn't matter to you as he will be okay one day for sure. Its him that's of more importance to you than anything else. Take a long tour but it can be expensive and risky. 3 months in centre is best. There are other things also in case you need help {edited for privacy}. life will be great after few months and after every year life will become more awesome. All the best

Please dont get confused with "Spasmo proxyvon" I researched "proxivon" in past there was another alternative for proxivon that was "darvocet" which also because of misused it was banned before proxivon. but, lots of people get confused or they are taking spasmo proxivon. Proxivan is the capsule that is red and brown. Containinig combination of Acetaminophen and Propoxyphene.

Hi frnds, leave as soon as possible sp. I know its tough but not impossible. Firstly reduce ur dosses, when it comes to 4 capsules daily, then after take 2 daily and with this take a ayurvedic called kamini. Then after some days leave sp totally, but continue to take kamini its ayurvedic alternative and have no side effect. The two company names is multaani and bhushan, these are best. I sure u can quit sp. Believe it, thanks

Its ok,..
It dsnt mattrs u do it vd or vd out,..gelleton cover,...
However, the best part is tht vdout cover proxy gvs u really really gud hit,..
A lot effecient but let me tell u one thing dnt try more thn 2caps vdout cover,.,

No need to reduce the doses u can leave it at a time believe me i can done dis so u r also able to do dis dnt loose hope..its nt big addiction like u think..one day u will rise n take ur work seriously u hv no time for think abt it n u r done its past..simple bt if u hv free time for starting 4-5 days to think abt it.its hard to get away..remember v caught any addiction..any addiction nvr caught us bcoz it dnt hv any sense bt v hv..so raise ur will power n do it...at first u can face some prblm like stomach pain leg pain n emptyness bt in some days everything will b fine...good luckk
