i leftit without any side effects and u cn too jst tk the pain or hv a drink but it is all psychological so dnt become dependant on that in turn

hi ...i am here to help you ALL out .......quiting SP is very easy ..but maintaining it, is tough...(looks tough, but actually is not) ..as after quiting it ...the body responds to it in about 48 hrs ..... after 48 hrs the body automatically starts to heal it self, to repair the damage caused by the painkiller...during this natural process of healing, one experiences immense pain in legs and waist , tension, aggression, weak memory, depression, emotional instability....... actually you think that these are negative symptoms but no they r not . (its a sign) Telling you a truth: In reality they are positive signs telling you that 'HEALING PROCESS HAS BEGAN'....this is the “MOST Crucial Point†....when this occurs please please do not try to stop it by swallowing 6 tabs again(by this you will interfere in the natural process)....Let the pain and all kinds of irritation attack you... don't be afraid....it will last for a month or so ...the best thing you can do is as follows ...I have prepared a step wise method to quit SP, but the method requires you to follow it , or it will not work and you will again start taking SP....

STEP 1 : Immediately Stop SP at once.. and wait for the after symptoms to apear, generally they appear as soon as the SP quantity in blood is reduced.....and the body starts secreting healing agents.... These after effects are not because you stopped SP, these after effects are the result of RAPID HEALING..... When they appear be happy about it that healing has commenced. To reduce the pain only use the most simple medication Ex : COMBIFLAM ( 500 MG PAARACETAMOL + 300 Mg of Ibuprofen) along with Apricots and PURE genuine raw chocolate ‘CHOCO’, it tastes very sour. STEP 3: DURING THIS TEMPORARY PHASE, TRY AND BE HAPPY AS MUCH YOU CAN….BY DOING SOME CREATIVE WORK …LIKE ART, READING , WRITING , WATCH SHOWS, START GIVING TIME TO THINGS WHICH YOU LOVE DOING LIKE LISTENNING TO MUSIC. IN THIS PERIOD FORGET ABOUT THE WORLD AND THINGS WHICH MAKE YOU FEEL UNEASY, AND JUST ENJOY. DO THINGS WHICH MAKE YOU FEEL HAPPY ALL FROM YOUR HOME , DO SOME CREATIVE WORK , THIS IS VERY POWERFUL IN DISTRACTING YOUR FOCUS AND ATTENTION FROM ‘THE MEDICAL SHOP’
STEP 4: If you followed the above steps the after effects will vanish….as soon as they vanish, stay calm and at peace….give yourself sometime to frame a strategy to face the world again….and limit yourself and your movements by maintaining relationships with positive people. Some select few people who helped you. From now stick to routine….force yourself….’ Just keep in mind that you are infinite times more powerful than craving ‘.
STEP 5: GET INVOLVED AND KEEP YOURSELF BUSY IN ONE THING OR THE OTHER EX: GARDENNING

HAPPINESS IS THE MOST POWERFULL SEDATIVE, SO START PERSUING IT, EVEN IF THERE IS NO REASON TO BE HAPPY, AN EFFECTIVE WAY TO PURSUE HAPPINESS IS TO APPRECIATE BEAUTY & CREATE IT YOURSELF’….ONCE YOU CREATE BEAUTY YOU WILL GET TO KNOW WHAT IS REAL HAPPINESS …SO START CREATING IT AND APPRECIATING IT …BE INVOLVED IN IT.
TAKE THIS ADVICE AS IT IS FROM ‘GOD’ FOR EVERYONE….BE HAPPY AND YOU WILL SUCCEED.

I was addicted to Spasmo proxyvon, Smack, Torex, Canabis, etc., for 6 years. I belong to a very respectable family and i have a strict father and very caring mother. 10 months ago, my Dad found 20 odd strips of Sp, have of which i had finished.
There was a massive scene at my home.. Mum could not stop crying , Dad was also in tears , but, he was angry and even more scary. I knew i was wrong and i should correct myself.
Being an addict for 6 years, i knew tomorrow would be a tough day. I will be under watch and will have nothing to get high.
Next day, I had a breakfast rich in fibre - Oats / Daliya. In the afternoon, i started feeling weak, irritated, stomach pain, head ache, and anger. I managed to get a Kingfisher beer from my Dad to calm the anxiety. I drank that and felt relieved. Had a nice dinner and fell asleep. I swear, the next day i was normal, had some strong coffee with sugar 3-4 times, but was fine. After that i was clean for 2 months with the help of some will power, but, relapsed in my drug habbit. This time, everytime i used SP, i felt guity, and most of the time felt digusted. This went on for a month, at the end of which i started experiencing neurological dirorders - my brain is growing older at a faster pace.
I did that Kingfisher beer routine again, and was able to quit SpasmoProxyvon easily. I have been drug free for 4 months now, all by my own efforts.
My neurological problems have improve to some extent, but, i am not sure if i will ever be completely healthy. :-(
Quit while you still have your health. You can take a beer occasionally and most importantly, have a social circle, make friends if ur lonely, fight the reason that forces u to take drugs; cos, any drug addiction is just suicide in progress. Best Wishes.

take an alternative..take marijuana.marijuana dont causes death but sp does...so get this alternative n afterall the sp is over it wud b easy 2 quit marijuana..

spasmo proxyvon is a capsule which is made by opioid derivetive....i m doing engineering and i was also addicted....my father came to know that...he is a doctor and he started giving me spasmo capsules day after five day he started giving me naltrexe in the morning and evening......try this medicine naltrexe you will be fine in 1month

i had the habit of eating proxyvons approx.eighteen/day considering the dose is felling too hard to quit but folks it's been eleven years of regular usage oops ...today seems to be the first day to write this .and the withdrawal my legs are aching like hell all I feel is like sleeping .....couldn't work properly cannot concentrate in anything.and the worst part i couldn't have proper erection while trying to had sex ,so please help me to quit this habit.

No need to reduce the doses u can leave it at a time believe me i can done dis so u r also able to do dis dnt loose hope..its nt big addiction like u think..one day u will rise n take ur work seriously u hv no time for think abt it n u r done its past..simple bt if u hv free time for starting 4-5 days to think abt it.its hard to get away..remember v caught any addiction..any addiction nvr caught us bcoz it dnt hv any sense bt v hv..so raise ur will power n do it...at first u can face some prblm like stomach pain leg pain n emptyness bt in some days everything will b fine...good luckk

However, the best part is tht vdout cover proxy gvs u really really gud hit,..
