I have a pain management Dr who has prescribed me soma for 3 yrs along with 8 mg dilaudid and klonopin. Last week I went for my visit and she said the Fed's will no longer let her give soma. I have lupus and fibromyalgia for 19 yrs and have been on these meds since 1998. I need to find a dr in DFW tx who can prescribed soma. Plz help.

I have always taken soma 350, made by Watson and now they gave me they say is soma 350 but the number on it is CL_022, what is this pill ? ## Hello, Roxie! How are you? The manufacturer, Rising Pharmaceuticals, lists this tablet as containing 350mgs of Carisoprodol, so it is just a different generic for Soma. The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth. Is there anything else I can help with?

if i took a half of a soma two days ago and had a drug urine test today. will it show up and what would be the level. i think it was 350 mg pill but injested half. ## Soma contains the active ingredient Carisoprodol, it is a muscle relaxant and, as such, is not tested for on drug tests. They tend to work very well for some people, when it comes to pain and they can cause dizziness and drowsiness as a side effect, so people tend to think they are narcotics, but they aren't, so you shouldn't have anything to worry about. Where to get somas prescribed in Laurel MS...looking for doctor in laurel Hattiesburg or Waynesboro that prescribe somas ## You need to establish a relationship with a medical doctor and clearly establish the need for these pills. Most doctors are not currently prescribing this muscle relaxer and will suggest another type of medicine that might address your issues better

This pill has a R written in fancy script surrounded by an oblong box. The pill is white, round, not scored and blank on the other side. I bought this in a pharmacy in Puerto Vallarta the box said Carisoprodol on it. ## Its probably what it says, there is no way to I.D. a pill from a foreign source when it has no numbers on it. With that being said bringing controlled medicine into the U.S. could have easily got you arrested.

I have fibromyalgia, endo, pelvic floor dysfunction, cysts forming around my spine, 36 fibroids removed, a hystorectomy but still have my ovaries. The fibro is in my lungs and also the endo. I've been on the highest dosage of gabapentin, 6 antidepressants, Xanax, trazodone, percocet, soma, meltaxlone, lidocaine shots and patches and dialudid 4 2x a day. I am 36, no children, have had a laparoscopic surgery, laparotomy, mayomectomy and hysterectomy. First 3 in 10 months. At a dr put me on Lupron and the menopause was horrible. I've tried prescription, opiates, narcotics, homeopathic, pelvic pain pilates n yoga. NOTHING RELIEVES MY PAIN AND I DO NOT LIKE THE MENTAL EFFECTS. Used to get soma through a doctor over the internet! Can't remember the website I used legally. So trying to find them again. I used to have script from my older dr since March. I have a pmd who prescibes percocet but there new policy is no more soma. However,I can find an obgyn with permission to get soma. I've had 7 surgeries and been taking 2 a day for 20 years. Tried 10 different drugs and none worked. I need an obgyn only for treatment using soma for endomeyrious adhesionsscolious hernia and scar tissue and getting worse. I live in Las Vegas. ## Are you a Woman? Then there is no problem seeing an Obgyn and getting Soma. Wouldn't you still need a specialist for obgyn care as well?

I take 3-4 soma 350mg a day (prescribed by my neurologist) going to suboxone clinic Monday and taking urine screen. Will it show? My suboxone dr gives me klonopin 1mg 4x a day. I need to know if or when to stop somas? Dr. doesn't even allow ultram. ## Anyone know if suboxone clinic tests for somas? I just got this bottle of what is suspose to be Soma 350mg. It has 466 on one side of the white round pill blank one the other side.It does not act like a Soma at all. It does nothing for my muscle spasms & low back pain. All this little round white pill does is make me very sick, gives me a complete headache, and chest pains...I know this is NOT a REAL form of the medication SOMA!! I just dont understand why our doctors can & do give us PLACEBOS, like we're NOT going to notice... ## If you got it from a Pharmacy prescribed by a Doctor it would say on the bottle. Ok people I REALLY need some help here. I will try to be as brief as possible but I need solutions. Im 39 (in 2 days) and have been dealing with chronic back pain since a serious auto accident when I was 17. I broke my back, fusion of L1-L3, had steel rods put in and taken out a year later. After the initial recuperation I was not on any type of prescriptions for pain. I was young and I just dealt with it. Oddly you start to just "get used" to feeling that way and it just becomes a part of your life. Jump to 2008...another auto accident. (Can I just clarify that neither accident was my fault.) White chalky pill with a drawing that looks kind of like if it has an elephant trunk with lines going thru it and tall hair with lines going thru it. It almost resembles the emergency emblem and it's blank on the other side. I bought it in Mexico. I ask for somas. I usually go there. I live close and never had any problem with any of their medication. I took it and didn't really feel much effect. Although I've been taking the generic for awhile. I am currently in New Hampshire with a CALLED in refill on my soma in N.C. Does anyone know if I can get it filled by transfer from pharmacy to pharmacy any place in new england...? in Mass they want a hard copy, my script was called in verbally... Dr..gone for two weeks is a single practicing Dr. in a small town with no backup to get a hard copy.. ## In most States you can do this one transfer per Federal law. Hello, I'm looking for a Dr who understands and is up to date on the most current Medical research and information concerning Fibromyalgia, CFS and Lupus. I was on medication for 7 years for the above chronic illnesses and an accident which caused damage to various areas Lumbar 7, degenerative disc, etc. But, I know it's not as bad as many of the people who post on here requiring surgery etc. But, I went off all my medications in 201. Went to Rite Aid today, thank goodness they are closing down and my new Soma prescription is on hold until tomorrow although my Xanax was ready to go today. I filled them both at the same time last month and 7 years ago the head Pharmacist yelled at me for filling a 3 month supply of Xanax after two months. But this two day rule they seem to have now is very bothersome. Also limited to 500 pills in 6 months per prescription is arbitrary & unfair!
