Soma Prescription In Pain Mgmt Bradenton Sarasota Fl

I have been taken off soma by my pain doc in Sarasota. Does anyone know a pain doc in Sarasota, Bradenton, St Petersburg or Tampa Florida who still writes them? Skelaxin makes me have nausea & vomiting, on flexeril I fell asleep driving and nearly crashed, baclofen did the same with sleepiness. Please help, I'm so uncomfortable. I was on soma for 17 years. My primary will write them, but won't write my pain meds so I'm stuck.

Have you asked your primary care doctor about still prescribing them for you, while you receive pain medications elsewhere?

Unless you have a pain management contract that forbids it, or are trying to double up on controlled substances, you can receive medications from more than one doctor, at a time.

The FDA warns that Soma is commonly abused, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, drowsiness, and sedation.
