Solco Carvedilol 6.25 Mg Availability

I had a heart attack 6 months ago and my doctor put me on Carvedilol 6.25 mg. My pharmacy used the pills made by Solco Healthcare. They changed manufacturer's to ZYDUS Pharmeceuticals this month and it doesn't keep my blood pressure down as good. I can't seem to find a pharmacy near me that carries the Solco Healthcare brand of Carvedilol 6.25mg. How can I find a pharmacy anywhere that carries that? I tried calling their home office in NewJersey and was told they don't know as they sell to drug wholesalers who in turn sell to the pharmacies.

I am very sorry about the problem you're having, however, the only thing you can do is call around or visit different pharmacies to ask.

The medication a pharmacy carries, at any given time, can vary depending on who was offering the cheapest price, via their distributor, at the time they needed to restock their supply.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.

Have you consulted your doctor about the problem? It might be easier to adjust your dosage, or just switch to a different medication.
