Definitely 81 ml aspirin i just one out of the bottle the small yellow one with an E on one side other side blank

A couple other sites said Lisinopril 20 mg. I take a low dose of that for my blood pressure issues, but i believe it's Aspirin. Idk about the ones that say no. Ty for the help and input.
