This tablet is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 10mgs of Memantine.

It is most commonly used to treat the symptoms of Alzheimer's. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, blurred vision, agitation and chest pain.
