What is this pill? I found it in my son's room. It's white, round and small. One side has the markings APO TI-4 and the other side has no markings. It is also scored on one side.

Apotex lists this tablet as containing 4mgs of Tizanidine, which is most commonly used as a muscle relaxant.
The FDA lists the side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth!
