Hi Barbara,
All of my findings from a number of sources suggest that the actual imprint on this round yellow pill with the fancy V is "V 2577" as opposed to V 2500.
Does this seem like a possibility to you?
If so, this yellow pill contains 0.6mgs of Colchicine; which is used to treat gout.
