Sleep Stopping Leg Muscle Spasms As I Stop Suboxone Use

I Was Placed On Suboxone Twice A Day 8mg 2mg After 4 Hospital Opiate Detox In February2014 Am Now Down To 1 Of 5mg Strip. I have had five horrible nights of tossing, turning, hot bath. I don't want to increase the Sub as every decrease has been an improvement. I took a Flexeril, then took an herbal (Valerian root/Formula 303), with no change.
Any suggestions to help me sleep tonight? I'm a zombie!!

This will most likely start to improve on its own after a few more days. Your body is just trying to adjust to the dosage change and it takes a little time for it to rebalance things.

I understand that it's annoying, I am well aware of how bad it can be, since I went cold turkey off high doses of narcotics after being in pain management. Since you're tapering, you do have an advantage, so your annoyances will be much shorter in duration.
