I've been taking ambien for abt 1 month, I stop taken them, I gained weight abt 10lbs, reason why i would get up in the middle of night and eat, and had no clue i was doing that till my husband and niece told me i was eating asleep i did not believe then so they video tape me and yes i was doing that, so i stopped taken ambien and now i have to work on loosing my weight...There was a report 2 days later about this on abc 7 people would wake up and find food on there bed .....this is the truth. ## My kids say I eat the strangest variety of foods mixtures. I HAVE BEEN GETTING MY MEDS ONLINE FOR 6 YEARS PLEASE IF THERE IS ANYONE OUT THERE WHO CAN HELP ME LOCATE THEM I WOULD BE GREATFUL... ONCE AGAIN THANK YOU VERY MUCH ## Were you taking the brand or generic form of this medication? Have you had a chance to check with your M.D. to see if any alternative medications might work? What is the component that is standardized and what is it standardized against ? sleeping pill ## Two years on half 7.5mg Zopiclone , gradually stopped over 3 weeks. Now withdrawal symptoms? insomnia, daytime sleepiness, constant headaches 3 weeks since stopped completely. What can I do to stop headaches and sleep properly? ## The only thing that will really help is to just wait it out, your body will eventually get used to not having the medication anymore and will return to normal. Have you talked to your doctor about this?
