This is supposed to be ambien/zolpidem but the pill is tan, not white. It has the other markings such as AMB 10 and 5421 on the other side. FORGETTING THINGS YOU DID? Just wondering if anyone has experienced memory loss. I can remember brief flashes of things I may have done prior to falling asleep but cannot recall the actual experience...which is extremely odd for me. For example, I texted several messages to someone but had no memory of it the next morning other than breif flash backs of seeing my cell phone in my hand. It was hard to distinguish between reality and dreams because the dreams seem very real and plausible. I usually dream about mundane things when I take this medication. found a small oval eye shape pill with marking 519 ## I located a similar pill marked with 54 519. It is a white oblong (eye shaped) pill. If this is your pill then you have Triazolam (0.125 mg). This tablet contains 260mgs of Quinine Sulfate, a generic for Quinamm, this is an antimalarial medication. One of its side effects can be drowsiness, but it is not used to help with sleep disorders.
