Presque toutes les nuits, je me reveille vers 2,30 / 3 heures. Apres une periode de tres bon sommeil, suit une periode d'insomnie longue (2 a 3 heures). Pour ecourter la periode d'insomnie je prends un quart (1/4) de comprime, ce qui represente une tres petite dose. Le retour du sommeil suit apres un heure d'attente, puis je me rendors pour 4 bonnes heures. Au reveil le matin, je ne suis pas en etat lethargique mais plutot bien repose. ## Je ne suis pas sûr de ce que vous faites allusion à que la compresse que vous prenez. I found a small round blue pill with and -R on the front and the numbers 021 on the back. Two of my boys have autism and sleep disorders. I wanted to try liquid melatonin with them but was advised by their psychiatrist not to. This (he says) is because it can interact with SSRI's that they are taking (fluvoxamine) and result in Serotonin Syndrome. I cannot find any information about this anywhere and was wondering if anyone has heard of this contraindication. ## I haven't found any information on this either, but since he is a doctor, he may be aware of more modern research into it that isn't available to the public yet. The details I've found state that the SSRIs actually can make the Melatonin be ineffective, so it's really pointless to try to use them together. I resumed using sleeping aids three years ago, and the Ambien I am taking does not have the same beneficial effect as it did originally. I have couple pills that are small round white and unmarked.
