Skin Won't Tan/skin Won't Get Sunburn
UpdatedI've never had a sunburn and cannot tan. Why is this? I'm Italian and Spanish but have very fair skin because of health issues, I'm also anemic which makes me even whiter! :/ I've spent all summer outside and nothing. I get a tinncchh darker when I'm outside the whole season, but its soo little, ud never know. I'm so confused considering everyone's always said the more fair skinned u are, the more u will burn. I thankfully have no idea what a sunburn feels like lol.

That isn't common, but you are not the first person to experience this, and from someone who does burn very easily, trust me, you aren't missing anything, you are also greatly lowering your risk of developing certain types of skin cancer.
Do you experience other types of burns, such as from hot food, or touching a hot cook top?
Are you on any medications?
