Skin Lite Cream Alternatives

Hi. I have been using Skin lite Cream (Hydroquinone, Tretinoin, & Mometasone Furoate) for 7 years. Now I want to stop applying it, but whenever I stop, it causes pimples and redness on my face. So, for this reason, I can't stop using it. Please advise me on how to stop without having these side effects?
