Side Effects Of Veloz 20mg

I would like to know if there are any side effects associated with Veloz 20? I've been taking it for the last five to six months. Thanks.

From what I was able to gather Veloz (active ingredient Rabeprazole 20 mg), is indicated on healing and symptomatic relief of duodenal ulcers and erosive or ulcerative gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)

Common side effects while taking Rabeprazole are:
diarrhea
vomiting
nausea
abdominal pains
constipation
meteorism
dry mouth
increased or decreased appetite
asthenia
headache
anxiety
sleeplessness
vertigo
thrombocytopenia
granulocytopenia
leukocytopenia
skin eruption
erythema
myalgia
arthralgia
muscle or bone pain

Hi Crystal, Thanks for your reply. Can you suggest any other medicine with low or without side effects? How about having Ranitidine or Omeprazole tablets?

Unfortunately all drugs are going to have side effects. I am unable to tell you what is best for you since I am not a doctor nor do I know your medical history. I can however show you common side effects while taking Ranitidine or Omeprazole.

Common side effects while taking Ranitidine are: Constipation, nausea, diarrhea, headache, and upset stomach.

Common side effects while taking Omeprazole are: Headache, diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea, dizziness, trouble awakening and sleep deprivation.
