Side Effects Of Arflur/p And Combiflam.
UpdatedI am RA patient 68 years age veg male. For long term, I want to know which tablet is safer - Arflur/P (aceclofinac100mg+paracetamol 500mg) or Combiflam (ibuprofen 325mg + paracetamol 500mg) ? Normally I take 1/2 to 1 tablet morning and evening. What would be the side effects with doses?

Hi, Bj! How are you feeling?
And for long-term use, neither one is considered any safer than the other. They both carry the same types of risks.
The Aceclofenac and Ibuprofen are both nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories, so taking them for a long period time causes the risk of stomach ulcers, congestive heart failure, hypertension and liver failure.
The best thing to do is to take whichever one your doctor thinks is safest for you and will help you most and be sure to see your doctor regularly, so they can monitor you.
