Hi dido,

Based on my research, erectile dysfunction is not a side effect of Coxflam, also known as Meloxicam.

Common side effects include: upset stomach, diarrhea, bloating, gas, dizziness, nervousness, headache,
runny or stuffy nose, sore throat, or mild skin rash.
