i am 38 yrs. i am suffering from extra heavy bleeding since commenced, during 20 years. i continued novelon till july 2012.then my doctor advised crysanta but i am getting heavy abdominal pain and cloted bleed during 6 months.now my doctor advised to take tranexa - mf. may i get a solution?

Hello doctor. I am getting menstrual cycle for 15 days from december of last year. I consulted a near by gynecologist earlier in the month of march, and she gave me trapic mf tablet for 3 days and suggested me to do a blood and thyroid test, all were positive. HB count is 12 after taking trapic mf tablet, also my menstrual cycle has not stopped. It continued after 15 days.. I consulted agian, she gave me medroxyprogesterone tablets.. and the dosage as follows for first three days trice a day and the next three days twice a day and for another 15 days once a day. Periods didnt stop on the 9th day of those 15 days.. I got heavy bleeding ..blood is clotted ..and output is like a cake like formation. It continued for three days..whenever i sneeze or cough ..i can feel that clot coming out ...on the third day i consulted again ..she gave me an inj. of tranexamic acid. 10 ml was inj. into my vein..clotting formation was stopped but periods were continued ..again she gave trapic mf dosage for three days and medroxyprogestrone as the dosage stated above. my periods started on February 22nd and till now i am getting periods...from my scan report ..doctor said that.. many polycysts were formed on ovaries and both the ovaries were bulged form their ordinary size... What will be the solution for this? Pls suggest something...and conclude me one thing.. whether there is a correct solution for this or not?
