I was born anemic. So its not a surprise to get low hemoglobin count after a routine health evaluation. I'm back on taking sangobion to help increase hemoglobin. More hemoglobin, more red blood cells and more oxygen to the body. I also have thalasssemia and sangobion will surely help me. Im not a doctor or medical practitioner, but why is ferrous gluconate (found in sangobion) suppose to be better than ferrous sulphate? Thanks.

Yes you can, but your hemoglobin is a bit low.. you should consider seeing a doctor. 13 is the average if im not mistaken. Around 7-8, you will need blood transfusion
