Side Effects Of Nuzak

I've changed from Cilift to Nuzak due to extensive weight gain. I've been taking Nuzak for 8 days now and the horrible side effects have not gotten less. How long does it usually take for the side effects - anxiety, head aches, nausea - to go away.
Is it possible that I can also have withdrawl symptoms form the Cilift. I am desperate to feel better and am concerned as I've been taking huge amounts of headache tablets and muscle relaxants to feel better.
