Is thr any sde effect of Keraglo Forte medicine on skin.?? Like it makes skin pimple prone or somthing like that..?
Keraglo Forte is a nutritional supplement, not a medication, it contains: Biotin, N-Acetyl-Cycsteine, Calcium, Selenium, Copper and Zinc.
The Biotin in it has sometimes been used to help with hairloss, but it is not known to help with going gray.

Since this is a supplement, that also means the side effect profiles for it have not been studied, as is done for actual medications.
As to your hair, it is going to be difficult for anyone to give you an answer to that.
Your hair color is related to the amount of Melanin in your body, the more melanin present, when you are born, the darker your hair color will be.
The level of melanin can also change over time due to varying factors, such as heredity, stress, illness and age.
There is no way to replace the natural melanin in the body and restore your hair color. Some people can even start to get gray hair in very early childhood, while some people's hair never seems to go gray.

Even if your gray hair has resulted from an illness or deficiency in some nutrient, it will not go away by resolving the problem, though a resolution can help slow the progress.
If having gray hair bothers you that much, then you may want to see about having it colored. A good beautician can easily color those areas to blend in with your natural hair color and you'd just have it redone every 6 to 8 weeks or so, whenever the color starts to fade.
You can also do it yourself, at home, but to make sure you get the proper color and ensure that it all blends well and doesn't cause a radical noticeable change requires a bit of practice and finesse.
There are even products that the beautician can add to the color to help ensure that the gray strands absorb it, or you can purchase them online or from a beauty supply store and add it to the color, if you are coloring on your own.
If it's done right, the color will last a long time and most people won't even notice that you've done.
