i started to use cobadex forte tablet the very nex day i fell something problem to me is it side effect of the tablet

Suffering from shoulder joint and arm muscle pain, my doctor prescribed Freeflex forte but after taking it for ten days pain continues to exist . Should I continue it for more period or change it ? Then which medicine should I take ?
