Side Effect Of Dibencozide Heraclene

i am fixing to give this heraclene dibencozide for my 2 1/2 yr old son because he is not eating enought and always no apetite ...Is there any side effects for using this medecine ?

Children generally go through phases, where they have less appetite, for awhile and then their appetites will suddenly increase, for a period of time, just before a growth spurt. This is completely normal and you really shouldn't worry about it, unless he is severely underweight for his age and size.

Dibencozide, also known as Cobamamide, is an active form of Vitamin B12, so it is not an actual medication, it is a nutritional supplement. It can, however, sometimes stimulate the appetite, in some people, if a lack of it is what is causing them to have less of an appetite.

As a supplement, the side effect profiles for it have not been studied, as is done for actual medications, but some people have reported experiencing nausea, when taking it.
