Sick On Suboxone Want To Put My Fentanyl Back Can I (Top voted first)
UpdatedI've been taking suboxone for2 days now and I'm still sick. I was on fentanyl 75. Can I put back my patch to get rid of this withdrawal?

Where you in full withdrawal, before you started the Suboxone?
Because if you weren't, then the Naloxone in it may have precipitated your withdrawal symptoms and it will also prevent you from going back to the Fentanyl for several days, after taking the Suboxone, since it neutralizes other opiates.

Don't do it! Did you go through Fentanyl withdrawal? If you did you'll remember the excruciating joint pain that was worse than natural childbirth. I know you feel like crap right now but its only been 2 days compared to how long you were on Fentanyl. If you put a patch on now I can guarentee that you will start vomiting violently. Suboxone and Fentanyl are like polar opposites. Give yourself sometime. I know it feels like having the flu all the time but that will go away - just not fast enough. I'm with you, I stopped Fentanyl 4 weeks ago and have been on Suboxone (2x8mg tablets) but I can still remember the horror of the Fentanyl withdrawal. There is a reason why you stopped Fentanyl. Focus on that. Your life will get better. Your mind will get clearer everyday. And I promise you one will feel better.
I'm not a doctor but I would say if you've only been taking it a few days to stop taking the suboxone and get back on the fen patch. You may not feel it like you used too, bc Suboxone blocks the effects of euphoria from regular narcotics because its used a lot for people who are addicted to opiates, such as pain patches. I think you will have little to no withdrawal if you start back on the pain patch because the body stil recognizes the Suboxone as an opiate and the patch is obviously an opitate, too, just without the Naloxone and Bupernorine. Ithe patch should be fine to return to, just don't combine subs with the patches or you will have the worst withdrawal ever; precipitated withdrawal. It may take about a week for the patches to feel the same way they used too, do don't freak out. You will finally feel normal after the Suboxone has completely left your system and you are back on your fen patches taken as directed by your doctor. That's what I've learned so far during my journey of using Suboxone and narcotics ( never at thecsame time) But now I am just sticking with Suboxone until I can figure out what is best for me and my chronic pain. Good luck to you ! I hope this helps you some. Happy new year !
Ty for your reply..u sound like u know what your doing..Good luck to u
