I've been taken 2 300mg of gabbapentin and 2 50mg of tramadol every 4 hours all day every day is this safe?

I am taking Gaberpentin for anxiety to help me sleep and Tramadol for a severely arthritic shoulder. I have had no side effects at all.

My feet are also cold as ice much of the time. on Gabapentin/Tramadol for herniated discs and sciatica i both legs. 68 - tired mostly or energy spurts that last an hour or so.
