Shelcal500 Adverse Effects

after taking shelcal500 finds some discomfort palputation inthe stomach is it okay to continue/

Had severe painin my neck and shoulder
.My doctor prescribed me shelcal 500and alphaD3 twice daily .
After taking the pills as prescribed, for one month no reaction . I feel better and the pain vanished .

after that I felt my stomach palpulating ,jumping like and felt coming out of my mouth . Then I stopped the medicine for 2 days . No discomfort or palpulating stomach

reduced my dosage to once a day .

after some days again I felt some discomfort in the stomach and then again went to see the doctor .
He advised me to take a blood sample for vitamin D3 level .
The result came as serum plasma level 7.1 .
Then he prescribed vitaminD3 injections once a month for 3 months and to take alpha D3 and citromackavit and asked me to come and see him after 3 months .
Now I took one injection thiss month .
why was that stomach palputation and discomfort .?
I never experienced like this before

These are nutritional supplements, so they aren't actual drugs, but they are pretty potent and it can be normal for them to cause more acid to be produced by the stomach. Excessive acid can cause the same types of symptoms that you experienced.

The ShelCal contains Calcium, the D3 is Vitamin D and the Citromacalvit combines both.
