I have taken both Gemcal and Shelcal tablets.i have taken Gemcal at after dinner and Shelcal after breakfast.is it any harmful

It would really be best to just take one of them. Some nutrients, such as calcium and vitamin D can cause problems if you take too much.

Both are same. Don't worry. All Calcium tablets have got Vit D3 in different quantity.
Use Calcium Citrate. It's Calcium is better absorbed. Available as AARACHITOL-O, THYROCAL D3, OSSOPAN MCM and CCM.
Can also use Ostocalciam.
