Shelcal Os Alternatives

Since the price of the above tablet is increasing steeply I'd like to know if any other comparable medication is available at lower prices but with the same effectiveness.

I had femur fracture (right hip) in Jan 2006 and total hip replacement in Dec 2008. I have osteopenia since Feb 2008. I'm taking Shelcal OS since 2006 and Risofos since Nov 2007. How long should I take Risofos and Shelcal?
