Shelcal D Tablet

my docter prescribed me shelcal D tab for diffuse hair fall.but it is not available in our area.shall i take shelcal 500 insted of shelcal D?is it same?

The tablet name is SHELCAL HD from elder ( company ) each tablet contains 1.2 gm of calcuim carbonate and 500 iu of vitamin d3 and its available everywhere in chemist if its not then you can order online as well basically it used to fulfill calcium deficiency and to reduce hairfall as well
