what is the effect of this tablet,in long period what is the side effcet of this tablet

This is a nutritional supplement that contains 500mgs of Calcium, this the side effects and long-term usage information has not been studied for it, like is done for prescription medications.

There are, however, some problems that can arise if you take too much of it, as is true with any vitamin or medication. So, it should only be used as directed.

I am 35 yr old working lady. I hv no problem in right knee.but after visit from puri udaygiri & khando giri,suddenly i hv pain in my right knee.if i step down from stair i hv presure in knee & face knee pain. If i stand up longtime at a stretch then my knee fell became heavy.I came to know that after 30 every woman have to take calcium tablet everyday.thats why i take Shelcal 500.bt steel i am hv pain.pls suggest.
