UpdatedHi currently im taking daneuron and calcium *450mg, vitamin D 200 U Tab due to my neck pain & total hysterectomy surgery done in feb, i would like to consume vitamin c supplement due to my frequent sneeze & flu. & also for my wellbeing as im in my 50 & menopause.
