Sero Negative Arthritis

I am diagonised for sero negative arthritis, my doctor has adviced me to take SAZO 500 (2 tablets/day). I am taking this tablet since September 2010. Please advice if this tablet is safe as am worried about the side effects.

Sazo 500 contains Sulfasalazine, it is used as an anti-inflammatory.
This may or may not pertain to you, but it also states that no studies have been done to test its use during pregnancy or breast feeding.
