It contains Hyoscine/Scopolamine. It should not be used in anyone who is allergic to it or hypersensitive to Belladonna Alkaloids. It is commonly used to treat nausea and motion sickness. Spasmonil from India contains Dicylomine and Dimethicone, the uses are very similar.
