The active ingredients and side effects vary, depending on what country you are in or obtained them in.

In Bangladesh, Spasmonil contains Scopolamine. It is commonly used to treat nausea and motion sickness.

Spasmonil from India contains Dicylomine and Dimethicone, the uses are very similar.
