Scad, (spontaneous Coronary Artery Disection)
UpdatedAny doctors out there know what is the best treatment for this? Already have 6 stents and now I have a gap and a small blood clot by one , also have two more dissections and a kink in one of those. Getting another stent to fix the gap and blood clot. Open heart has been mentioned.

I'm no doctor, but from what I've read, your treatment for 'spontaneous coronary artery dissection' can include several options based on an in-person evaluation:
Apparently your doctor can prescribe medications to help prevent blood clots and reduce the risk of heart attack and other complications that may arise with this condition.
Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is another possible option. In this procedure, also called an angioplasty, doctors insert a thin, flexible tube (catheter) with a balloon on the tip into an artery in your arm, neck or groin and guide it to your coronary artery using X-ray imaging. Your doctor then inflates the balloon in the dissected artery and inserts a mesh tube (stent) through the catheter into the opening, to help restore blood flow and prevent expansion of the artery. This may be more in line with what you already mentioned in your description though.
Coronary artery bypass graft surgery is the last suggestion I came across. In coronary artery bypass graft surgery, your surgeon creates a detour around a dissected artery using arteries or veins from other parts of your body (grafts). This may also be something to consider.
In the meanwhile, I'd personally 'encourage' a low fat raw vegan diet to help remove blot clots naturally over time. This dietary change can be extreme for some people, but if I didn't think it would help I wouldn't even bother mentioning it. Fruits and dark leafy greens are more than just food, their medicine and on this planet for our total benefit. Juicing them daily and frequently is definitely something I'd look into more if I were in a similar situation, God forbid. However only through personal experience and adopting it as a lifestyle will you reap the full benefits of this type of diet. No pressure - just wanted to share what I've seen help others who've had serious heart problems in the past.
I hope this advice helps!
