Bromazepam is a Benzodiazepine derivative that is most commonly used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders.

Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.

I didn't find any warnings about it causing problems with Raynaud's, but you should check with your doctor to be certain.
