Perforated duodenal ulcer! Taken Bromazepam 3mg and Cilift 20mg for a few years! Should I see a Dr to change the dosage?

i've had a deodenal ulcer on and off for about 2 years and regularly take a course of nexiam. Recently I started taking Cilift and have noticed continuous stomach cramps and bloating. Do you think the Cilift could be aggravating my ulcer. I am also losing weight, no matter how much I eat.
