Saliva Drug Test Does Codeine And Hydrocodone Show Up He Same (Page 2)

I am taking perscription cough syrup with codiene and took some hydrocodone recreationally and wondered on a 5 panel saliva test, will they both just show up as an opiate? or is there a differance in the two?

I passed a 5 panel saliva test, i am a recreational user of hydrocodone, i took 60 mg 54 hours before my drug test and passed just fine, just to answer any questions on how long it takes to process thru your system i have a slower metabolism and do not exercise regularly, so someone who is in good shape should be able to pass one in 48 hrs

On a 5 panel, no. It will only be identified as an "opiate".

She should be fine. I used to Percocet day before, actually evening before the test and pass urine text next afternoon. Tests have changed now and they can test for various substances but 5 MG of Hydrocodone or Oxycodone is out of your system in 12 hours; that's if you do it once in a while.

I took co-codomol for tooth ache (dry socket) it's not a good idea as it saps the calcium from your bones and although it relieves the pain it will in time do a lot more damage than good. I have been taking them for a week+ and my swab test showed opiates and amphetamines. Suspended for a full week with pay. They can't tell where the amp an opiates came from in a normal swab test and it has been sent to a lab. I was surprised to find that this is a majorly addictive drug and probably explains the sometimes flu-like symptoms when I no longer need them for pain relief. If they send it to a lab they will be able to tell what it is. I don't think I am gonna be sacked but I think they're gonna tell me I have to stop taking them. If you have been takin something similar and is over the counter or prescription drugs you will be ok. Good luck.

I havent done no pills for 3 months on saturday I took 7 5 mg vicodin and sunday took 5 had a swab test wensday at 12 pm what are my chances of testing positive

I have to take a swab test possibly Monday. I took @ least 55mg,not a regular user either. I stopped Thursday @ 4. Haven't taken any since,by the time I get to work it'll be 86 hours. Will I have enough natural clean time to pass?

So do you think it's possible that if I took 55mg of Norcos Thursday,stopped by 4 that 86 hours later come Monday that I would have enough natural clean time in to pass a swab test? Saliva test?

Yes it will as a opioid. And they take 3-6 days to get out of system (that's only if you took one, versus regularly, everyday )

I need to test positive on a saliva test for hydrocodone 10-325. If I take one at 10 pm the day before and then take one at 4 am the day of the test will it show positive for hydrocodone?

I am a pain managment patient. I am prescribed oxycodone 30 miligram 4 times a day. Had to take a swab drug test at pain clinic. Tested positive for hydrocodone. I have not taken any. About to lose my doctor over this. Need help I have just discovered that hydrocodone is a manufacturing impurity in oxycodone. Can anyone else shed some light on this for me?

My husband is prescribed oxycodone 30mg and takes it regularly (4-6x a day). I recently discovered that he was smoking them! He has promised to stop smoking them because if he doesn't, I am walking! Blah,blah,blah...I'm over his lies so I want some type of confirmation that he's not smoking them until he can fully get off these horrible, 'life-stealing' drugs. Rx or not, dope is dope people! Is there any test -perhaps a continine saliva swab test like they use for life insurance- to see if he's been smoking his pills? He's going to have opiates in his system because he's still taking them orally, so a standard drug test won't be beneficial in this case. I just can't handle the stress of constantly wondering and worrying so I've decided that we'll have to separate until he can get off these things once and for all if there is no way to test him. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, cheers!

I'm jade. I'm 24. I started taking hydros 2 years ago, moved on to oxy and methadone and almost lost my kids, almost lost my husband and lost my job... he stood by my side, sent me to rehab where it nearly killed me but I've been married 6 years now. I've only been clean for 6 months it's so hard. The addiction takes over you. I lost my mom, dad, 2 cousins (1 in jail) and my grandfather to addiction, all dead. I would recommend rehab and counseling. I've always self medicated because it made me feel normal but I was diagnosed with bipolar 1 disorder and PTSD, I got on the right meds and now my life is on the right path. I'm by no means trying to be rude ma'am, I know your mad, hell your pissed, you're sick of the hell! This life can bring you down. I get it but I promise he's hurting to maybe not like you but he's hurt Bc he's hurt you. He doesn't want to be those things. I swear to you on everything I love he doesn't want to do this to you. Your his wife, he loves you. It'll get darkest before dawn but your gunna have to fight for you and him, your gunna have to miss him in rehab, your gunna have to bring him home and let nobody around him for weeks or always go everywhere together. Read up on being in love with an addict and recovering opiate addict at that. He's just hurting in a different way. Please save your marriage. I truly hope you do... I'm so glad my husband stood by me and things are looking up. I wish you the very best of luck darlin'.
